Flower Claim Policy

ALL claims or credit requests must be called into our office within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Please follow these simple steps and do not cut, process, discard, or destroy the product in question without authorization from your sales representative. We may request the product be shipped back to us, at our expense.

* Any claim request must include the following supporting documentation:

• Pictures of individual or group of un-cut, un-processed flowers with their original sleeves clearly showing the quality problem.
• Pictures of individual or group of stems not meeting the standard in length as specified in offer list or in the case of Gloriosas with less than 5 flowers per stem.
• Quantity of pictures should represent the extent of the damage and volume claimed.

Late claim requests will not be considered.


I have read and agreed to the above claim policy. I understand that if the above procedures are not complete will affect the claim process and result in rejection of claim. The amount of claim is considered on a case by case basis. APCOTA reserves the right to amend the claim policy from time to time.
